Bitch Free Friday

Where I work we have what we jokingly call Bitch Free Friday. It's supposed to work that no one is allowed to bitch or complain about anything for the whole day. Try doing something like this yourself today and see how it makes you feel. We all need to complain at times, but we should also be able to make it for 24 hours without any complaints. It feels good to concentrate on the positive for awhile.
